Fintech Leader and expert on the Chinese tech ecosystem, Yassine Regragui has built an international career built over 14 years across Asia, Europe, and Africa. A French and Moroccan citizen based in Paris, he dedicated six years to China, where he forged a unique expertise at the intersection of fintech and technological innovation. His journey began in Shanghai as an entrepreneur, co-founding an e-commerce platform and scaling startups to bridge Western brands with the Asian market. Leveraging this on-the-ground experience, he joined the tech giant Alibaba to drive the international development of AliExpress, where he pioneered the strategic framework that established the global drop-shipping model. He subsequently joined Ant Group in Hangzhou to orchestrate the launch and growth of the Alipay app for international users.

Upon returning to France, Yassine brought his expertise to Deloitte, where he founded and led the payment consulting practice. Leading a team of consultants, he advised strategic clients on their digital transformations across Europe, Asia and Africa. Currently, as the Head of Product Strategy & Marketing at Worldline, he steers the deployment of innovative payment solutions across four continents.
